Howard-James Properties offers corporate relocation services to individuals and corporate companies looking to place their employees in a comfortable living enviroment for either short term or long term stays.
Our Corporate Housing Package consist of the following:
Living Room: Consists of full size sofa, loveseat OR club chair, coffee table, end table, lamp, 25 inch tv/stand
Master Bedroom: Consists of king or queen sized bed, nightstand, lamp, dressor/mirror, phone, clock radio.
Second & Third Bedroom: Consists of queen OR twin beds, night stand, lamp, dresser/mirror, clock radio or chest or drawers in place of dresser.
Dining Room: Consists of table with four chairs (for 1 bedroom) or six chairs (for 2-3 bedrooms)
Kitchen Furnishings: Consists of place settings for 4 (for a 1 bedroom), place setting for 6 (for a 2-3 bedroom), drinking/juice glasses, wine glasses, placemats, silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, colander, cutting board, cutlery set, pitcher, baking set, dish towels & pot holders and salt/pepper shakers.
Linens/Miscellaneous: Two sets of sheets, blankets, pillow cases for each bed, towel sets (4 ea, for one bedroom & 6 ea for 2-3 bedrooms), iron & ironing board. Wall art is provided in each room.
